Our Mission
In creative partnership, we collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide children with emotional and psychological support using promotional and preventive approaches.

We aim to respond promptly and flexibly to changing needs, be proactive through early intervention and administer the Home on the principles of sound management and networking with other community agencies.
